1. Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
Because many of our products are handcrafted wooden items, some orders may require preparation time before shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days before being dispatched.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Delivery Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days depending on your location within South Africa.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including:

The courier used for your order will depend on availability and delivery location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Promotions or special offers may occasionally include free shipping.
5. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within South Africa only.
If you are located outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout:

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the parcel must be re-sent.
7. Courier Delays
Once an order has been handed to the courier, the delivery process is outside of our direct control.
PlankieMyNou is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, including delays from Aramex or **The Courier Guy.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

The packaging

The shipping label
We will investigate the issue with the courier and work towards a suitable resolution where applicable.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier confirms that a parcel has been delivered, PlankieMyNou cannot be held responsible for:

Lost packages after delivery

Theft after delivery

Incorrect delivery instructions provided by the customer
Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel where possible.
