1. Return Period

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

• Be in the original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom or personalized products (including engraved items)

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

• Items returned after the 14-day return window

Each PlankieMyNou product is handcrafted from natural wood, meaning variations in:

• Wood grain

• Shape

• Colour

• Natural knots or markings

may occur. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer:

• A replacement, or

• A refund

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was:

• Damaged on arrival

• Incorrectly sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PlankieMyNou is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first for approval.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production or shipping begins.

Because many of our products are made or finished after an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
